• Loan against property (equity unlock) for SME who wishes to expand business or increases working capital
• Maximum loan limit up to THB 50 Million
• Maximum tenure up to 15 Years
• Maximum loan limit up to 90% of the appraised collateral value

Eligible Criteria

• Sole proprietor, Partnership and Company limited
• Thai nationality
• Annual sales turnover of THB 10 million - THB 400 million
• At least 3 years of business establishment
• The location of business must be within the province specified by SCBT
• The age of owner between 23-65 years old
• No restructuring track record
