3 participant categories are details as follows:

1) Hypermarket& Supermarket only at Tesco Lotus (exclude Tesco Lotus Express), Big C, Carrefour, Tops, HomeFreshMart and  GourmetMarket. For every 1,500 Baht per sale slip, cardholder get 4% cash back and 1% cash back donate to selected charity foundation (total 5% cash back).
2) All Gas Stations. For every 800 Baht per sale slip, cardholder get 3% cash back and 1% cash back donate to selected charity foundation (total 4% cash back).
3) Domestic Hotels/Airline/Travel Agencies.  For every 5,000 Baht per sale slip, cardholder get 2% cash back and 1% cash back donate to selected charity foundation (total 3% cash back).
This promotion is required to spend in any merchant/categories at least 5 transactions during 15-31 Jul 10, and at least 10 transactions/month of Aug & Sep’10.

Condition:

- Enrolment via SMS (THB 3 per SMS) within program period is required to be eligible for cash back . In case of more than one time SMS registration, Bank will use the first one.
- Spend in any merchant/categories at least 5 transactions during 15-31 Jul 10, and at least 10 transactions/month of Aug & Sep’10
- Spend eligible for cash back will be calculated from date of successful registration onwards, no cash back will be awarded for transaction made prior to SMS registration. Spending that is counted for cash back will not be counted for normal Standard Chartered point.
- 1% cash back in Supermarket and Gasoline category of Standard Chartered MasterCard Platinum credit card is portion of this promotion
- Cash Back awarded will be calculated within 60 days after 30 September 2010 as follows:
 

(1) All gas stations (MCC 5541), For every 800 Baht per sale slip, cardholder get 3% cash back
and 1% cash back donate to selected charity foundation.
  (2) Hypermarket& Supermarket only at Tesco Lotus (Exclude Tesco Lotus Express), Big C, Carrefour, Tops, HomeFreshMart and  GourmetMarket (MCC 5411), for every 1,500 Baht per sale slip, cardholder get 4% cash back and 1% cash back donate to selected charity foundation.  
 

(3) Domestic Hotels/Airline/Travel Agencies (MCC 7011, 4722 and 4511), for every 5,000 Baht per sale slip, cardholder get 2% cash back and 1% cash back donate to selected charity foundation. 

  (4) The MCC Code shall be determined by reference to Merchant Category Code under VISA and MasterCard system. 
   
- Cash back amount for cardholder will be deducted from outstanding balance shown on the statement, and Cash Back for charity will be contributed to that charity foundation in term of Cheque.
- Maximum spend for Cash Back of each period:
   
  1. Gasoline, maximum spend 2,400 Baht during 15-31 Jul 10, and 4,000  Baht / month in Aug 10 and Sep 10.
  2. Tesco Lotus (exclude Tesco Lotus Express), Big C, Carrefour, Tops, HomeFreshMar and GourmetMarket t, maximum spend 1,500 Baht during 15-31 Jul 10, and 3,000  Baht / month in Aug 10 and Sep 10.
  3. Domestic Hotels/Airline/Travel Agencies, maximum spend 5,000 Baht during 15-31 Jul 10, and 10,000 Baht / month in Aug 10 and Sep 10.
   
- This promotion is subject to SCBT credit cards that are issued in Thailand only and cardholder who will be eligible for cash back shall be a valid card membership and in good standing until the date of receipt of cash back.
- SCBT reserves the right to change terms & conditions without prior notice.
- SCBT will not be responsible for any lost of data and/or information, resulting from system failures and other technical problems, Cardholder should save sales slip and SMS of register confirmation for future references. All disputes regarding this promotion shall be decided by SCBT at its sole discretion.
- If the English version of the terms and conditions does not conform to the Thai version, the Thai version shall prevail.
