Terms and Conditions
1. Customer can accumulate new buying (subscription) amount within the same type of funds during promotion period from Jul 1 to Sep 30, 2010. However, customer can not accumulate new buying (subscription) amount across other types of funds. For example, customer buys ABAPAC THB 4 million, UOBSA THB 1 million, and TISCOOIL THB 3 million, total cash back that will be paid is:
- For Active Funds, accumulated subscription is (4+1) = THB 5 million x THB 1,200 per million = THB 6,000
- For ETF Funds, accumulated subscription THB 3 million x THB 400 per million = THB 1,200

Therefore, total cash back for customer is 6,000 + 1,200 = THB 7,200
2. The bank reserves the right to give cash back at the maximum of THB 300,000 per customer during the promotion period.
3. The bank reserves the right to change, include, or exclude the funds eligible for this promotion. Any changes will be posted on the bank’s announcement.
4. Only buy and switch in amount to the specified funds will be counted for this promotion during the promotion period from Jul 1 to Sep 30, 2010. The accumulated subscription amount will be calculated only from the same unit holder, joint account or family members’ account will not be included. The bank will accumulate only new buying amount during the promotion period and will not include existing balance that customer has already invested.
5. Customer must have savings account with the bank to be eligible for this promotion
6. The bank will calculate accumulated subscription amount and total cashback and deposit to customer’s savings account specified by customer within October 31, 2010.
7. Cashback can not be changed to other rewards, gifts, or premiums
