Fee to the bank
| 1. Loan Arrangement Fee | 0.25% of mortgage amount (minimum of Baht 2,500) |
| 2. Account Maintenance Fee | Baht 2,000 per year (in case of Refinance combined with home equity-O/D) |
| 3. Early Termination Fee | 3% of mortgage amount (Apply ONLY customer intending to refinance with other banks) |
Fee to the Land Department
| 1. Duty Stamp | 0.05% of the loan amount, not to exceed Baht 10,000 |
| 2. Mortgage Registration Fee | 1% of the loan amount |
Fee to Related Party
| 1. Appraisal Fee | From Baht 2,500, depends on appraised value. Extra fee for rural transportation, ranging from Baht 1,500 to 6,000 (depend on distance) |
| 2. Fire Insurance | 0.325% of the insured amount, (renew every 3 years until maturity) |
