Benefits

	Insurance Term 20 years term payment 20 years
	Death benefits highest 150% of sum assure
	Survival benefit : 1. Total survival benefit 326% of sum assure 2. Receive cash back 3% of sum assure of the end of year 3 and 6 3. Receive cash back 4% of sum assure of the end of year 9 and 12 4. Receive cash back 6% of sum assure of the end of year 15 and 18 5. Lump sum payable of maturity end of year 20 = 300% of sum assure
	Death benefit in case of loss of life: 1. Policy year 1-10 the company will pay death benefit totaling 100% of sum assure or cash value whichever is greater to beneficiary. 2. Policy year 11-20 the company will pay death benefit totaling 150% of sum assure or cash value whichever is greater to beneficiary.
	In case of illness with 18 dread diseases** life account will remain in force with premium waived including accident benefits (if any) Coverage will be provided until maturity or until the assured reaching age 60
	Life insurance premium (life protection only) can be deducted for personal income tax exemption up to maximum of 100,000 baht per year

Insurance Conditions

1.	Age coverage 17 – 55 Years.
2.	Minimum sum assure 100,000
3.	Insurance Term 20 years term payment 20 years.
4.	Premium rate depending on sex and age.
5.	Rider - Accidental death and dismemberment (ADD) riot, commotion and civil war (RCC) - Accidental death benefits (ADB) - Reimbursement for hospital and surgical expenses (HS)* for room and board - Hospital Income (HI)
6.	Mode of payment; Annual, Semi-annual, and Monthly
